# How to: Withdraw from Bitfinex

## Making a Withdrawal

For transferring from Bitfinex, you'll need to manually initiate a withdrawal from the exchange account to the address provided by Layerswap. Please refer to this guide for a seamless withdrawal. 

#### 1. In your Bitfinex account, under "Wallet", select "Withdraw"

#### 2. Select the asset you'll be transferring

#### 3. Copy the Address provided by Layerswap

#### 4. Paste the Address in Bitfinex "Withdraw" page

#### 5. Enter the amount to be transferred

#### 6. Check "I have read, understand, and agree to the conditions", click "Request Withdrawal"

#### 7. Pass the Two-Factor Authentication

#### 8. Confirm the withdrawal

#### 9. Open the link sent to your email and Click on "Approve"
